African Countries are known well for corruption and paying UN/Govt officials hudge sum of money.

Then they divert the Aid money to personal Gain.


Now that Govt decided to give $5 Billion dollar aid to Africa, thinks to see how much is going to Mauritius and Swiss account.

This is a fool proof plan, very difficult to detect and create evidence.
